What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Open My subscription on the main account dashboard, choose the Cancel subscription tab, and select Cancel subscription.

When it ends. Your subscription and any add-ons stay active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. The tab shows the date. After that, your account becomes a free demo account and its limits take effect within 15 minutes. None of your content is deleted. We email you when you cancel and again when the subscription ends.

Changing your mind. Until that date, open the same tab and select Keep subscription. Your subscription then renews as usual. While it is set to cancel, you can't change your billing period or add-ons or move to or from the Icebox, so keep the subscription first.

What you pay. Before Pinecast schedules the cancellation, it charges your payment method for anything you still owe, such as unpaid invoices and charges for add-ons you added this billing period. If that payment fails, your subscription does not change. Update your payment method (open Settings on the main account dashboard and choose the Payment tab) and try again, or contact support. The Cancel subscription tab then also offers Cancel now, which ends your subscription and its add-ons immediately.

To end your subscription right away instead, contact Pinecast support: open Support in the header and choose Send a message to support (or Email support@pinecast.com). We cancel it immediately and refund the unused part of the period you paid for. Otherwise refunds are not automatic. If you think you were charged in error, contact Pinecast support. See Refunds.
