Does Pinecast charge extra for overages or excessive use?

No, we do not charge extra for overages. The cost of your subscription is the amount you will pay, always.

There are two caveats:

• Accounts that abuse Pinecast service (e.g., intentionally wasting large amounts of bandwidth or storage space) will be investigated and may be banned from the service.
• Commercial users of Pinecast for content that is very popular may be asked to sign a custom enterprise contract. This ensures that we are able to provide a high level of service for commercial users and to plan ahead for the corresponding increased resource use.
