How can I embed my podcast on Wordpress.com?

Pinecast does not current interoperate with Wordpress.com. Wordpress.com requires embeddable codes to be whitelisted by Automattic in order to work, and that requires a partnership which is unavailable to small businesses like Pinecast. We will continue trying to partner with Automattic.
