Setting up a feed redirect from Pippa

If you're importing a podcast from Pippa, you'll need to contact their customer support to set up a feed redirect. To reach Pippa, log in to your dashboard and use the chat icon in the bottom right to contact support.

You'll want to have handy:

  • Your new Pinecast RSS feed URL (you can find this on your podcast dashboard)

  • The name of your podcast

  • The email address that you used to sign up for Pippa
