Enabling support for Alexa Flash Briefing

Alexa Flash Briefings are short bite-sized "podcasts" that play on Amazon Echo devices. For infrequent content, a normal podcast is fine. When you publish short daily episodes, however, Alexa devices may play multiple days of content. In cases like this, you'll want to use feed truncation. Truncated feeds will list only the most recent episode of your show.

Truncating RSS feeds

To create a truncated feed that features only your most recent episode, you can add ?truncate_one  to the end of your feed URL to get a truncated feed. For example:

would become
https://pinecast.com/feed/test?truncate_one
