Color Contrast

There are standards that define the color contrast requirements of text and other elements of a UI with respect to their backgrounds and other UI elements.

Site builder

When choosing site builder presets, we've already tested the color palettes that we provide for minimum contrast requirements. If your site's other customization options would cause a color contrast issue, we'll show it in the UI and often provide a color suggestion.

In the site builder, warnings about contrast can be found and addressed by visiting Theme > Colors.

Playlist player

When choosing the colors for your playlist player, if the chosen colors do not have high enough contrast, we'll show a warning. You'll always have a color suggestion that will fix the contrast issue.
