Yes! Podtrac setup is not currently self-service, but we're happy to help.
Please reach out to us directly so we can get it set up for your podcast. You will need to confirm which podcast or podcasts you want to enable Podtrac for (the name or slug are fine). The configuration process can take up to one day to complete.
When getting in touch, you must also contact us using the chat in the lower right corner of the app in the account that owns the podcast(s), or from the email address whose account owns the podcasts. If you have access to a podcast as a collaborator or member of a network, you must have the podcast owner contact us instead.
