If your registrar requires an A record for your domain root (instead of a CNAME), you may not able to follow the instructions posted elsewhere in the knowledge base. In this case, you'll need to add an IP address as an A record instead of the CNAME.
Note: We highly recommend using a CNAME if possible, as it allows us to update the infrastructure that your site runs on without interruption or delay.
To create an A record, use the following settings:
- Record Type: A
- Target/Value: 220.127.116.11
- TTL: Automatic, or one hour
