Pinecast Feedback allows you to easily collect feedback from your listeners about your show or individual episodes. Feedback features are available with the Pro plan and up.

Once you've upgraded to a Pro plan or higher, you can find a Feedback tab on your podcast dashboard and on each episode dashboard.

The link that's provided will link to the podcast's feedback page (shown above). When feedback is left, you will receive an email, and feedback will show up under the Feedback tab.

When creating a new episode, an option to automatically add a link to the feedback page will appear in the flair box.

Additionally, you'll have the option to add a custom feedback prompt, which will ask your listeners to leave direct feedback on an episode's feedback page.

Feedback Policies

When using Pinecast Feedback, all relevant policies around sweepstakes, giveaways, and contests apply.

Email addresses are collected with Pinecast Feedback for the purpose of allowing podcasters to reply to feedback as needed. Email addresses may not be distributed without permission, nor may they be sold or used for promotional or marketing purposes.
